Every order is reviewed and prepared with care before shipment.


1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

During holidays, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.


2. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued.

A temporary delay in tracking updates does not always mean the package is lost. In many cases, the shipment is still moving through the carrier system.


5. International Orders & Customs

International orders may be shipped under DDU β€” Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

This means customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees required by their country or region.

Valkhxevβ„’ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, inspections, or unpaid import fees.


6. Order Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to help ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change your shipping details or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase:

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


7. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging if available

After review, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.


8. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package was lost in transit and the carrier confirms the issue, Valkhxevβ„’ will assist with a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

We may ask for order details and carrier confirmation to complete the review.
