Please do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.


4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

5. Exchanges

6. EU Customers

For eligible orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, where required by applicable law.

Returned items must still be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

This does not limit your rights under our standard return policy.


7. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
